The mission of the CSC is to provide a safe and community-oriented environment for orphans and vulnerable children where they can have access to proper health care, supplemental education and psychosocial support.

CSC’s vision is that orphans and vulnerable children in Rwanda may have access to a safe and community-oriented environment that will allow them to build the confidence necessary to become self-reliant individuals who believe in their ability to play an active role in Rwanda’s future.
